CHOKE CABLE (S)

This choke cable is intended for use in older light commercial vehicles of the Citroën HY type up to around 1970. The cable controls the manual operation of the choke on carbureted engines. It forms the connection between the control in the cabin and the mechanism in the engine bay. The cable consists of a flexible outer sheath and an inner cable with solid tensile strength. A length of about 1250 millimetres allows routing along the original cable path. The product supports reliable cold starting and helps maintain a stable idle speed with a cold engine. Designed for installation in the original mounting position.
