PISTON PIN

This piston pin is intended for use in the engine of a Citroën 2CV with 425 cc displacement. The pin connects piston and connecting rod and transfers forces during the power stroke. It is matched to the dimensions of the original engine design, with a diameter of twenty millimetres and a length of fifty six millimetres. The fit supports stable, low play installation in the piston and connecting rod small end. It is used during engine service, overhaul or repair when a piston pin with this size is required to restore correct mechanical function and alignment.
